Description: Onward Healthcare is looking of Speech/Language Therapist/Pathologist - Long Term Care / SNF Facility right now, this job will be placed in Pennsylvania. Onward Healthcare is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill an immediate need in an area skilled nursing facility (SNF). The SLP will work to assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency.

This SNF SLP position will be contract based and provide competitive base bay and medical benefits. Relocation may also be provided for non-local speech languag! e pathologist candidates.

Speech language patholog! ist job responsibilities will include:

Evaluating patient's speech and language abilities and level of function
Developing treatment plans, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals
Communicating the patient's speech therapy program to the family and/or guardian
Keeping written documentation including evaluations, daily notes and weekly summaries

Position Requirements for a SLP Job:
Active in-state speech language pathologist license

Additional requirements may also be provided during interview
