Please only reply if you live in Northeast Philadelphia or Bucks County and are available to work 24 hours per week, during business hours, M-F, between 1/29/18 and 4/24/18.
We are looking for licensed clinical professionals to work with us on our annual HEDIS® data collection project for the upcoming winter/spring 2018 season.
Get a glimpse into the public health sector. Learn what it’s like to navigate medical records while helping health plans identify patient and provider compliance with preventive health and chronic disease initiatives.
Project timeframe: January 29th - April 24th 2018
Required two-day on-site training January 29th and January 30th in Plymouth Meeting, PA (suburban Philadelphia)
Time commitment: A minimum of 24 hours per week visiting practitioner offices in and around Northeast Philadelphia and Bucks County is mandatory.
- Actively licensed in the State of Pennsylvania as RN, CRNP, PA, LCSW or LMSW.
- Compliance with HIPAA laws and regulations associated with patient confidentiality requirements.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic charting to include diabetic labs, Paps & HPV testing, preventive health screenings, biometrics, immunization and well care terminology.
- Proficient on a laptop using web-based programs. Must be able to access cloud-based data entry programs, timesheet & business apps, Office 365 & Microsoft products, access high-speed internet from home and remote field locations, link scanner and secure flash drive to company issued laptop and be accessible by cell phone.
- Training is provided but mobile computing skills are required.
- Desire to work independently managing your own schedule while at the same time completing company project end date goals.
- Minimum of 24 business time hours per week to commit to the project.
- Ability to travel to provider offices by car, possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance and willing to travel within a 30-mile radius. (Exceptions granted for major metropolitan areas).
- Timely, efficient and friendly communication required between you and provider offices and our in-house project mgmt team.
