Kidspeace is now hiring for a Full Time Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager will provide administrative and clinical supervision of Nurse Supervisors, Regist! ered Nurses, and Mental Health Technicians who work in the Hospital. As a member of the Nursing Leadership Team and Hospital Leadership team there are many opportunities related to quality and safety initiatives, use of evidence based practices, and professional development. The Nurse manager schedule will be (3) 3-11pm shifts and (2) Daytime shifts (8-4pm, 9-6pm) Monday- Friday.
Requirements
Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing, College or University required. (Bachelor’s preferred). A minimum of three years direct clinical service with nursing/healthcare administration experience preferred.
Current Commonwealth of Pennsylvania RN license required.
Current CPR certification required.
Candidate must pass a physical and drug screen, Criminal Record History Clearance and a Child Abuse History Clearance as well as possess a valid driver’s license.
