We have an exciting opening for a clinical manager or clinical associate in our Hazleton, PA office. As clinical manager/associate, you will lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Visiting pediatric clients in Luzerne and surrounding counties, you will be accountable for internal case management as well as the evaluation and development of field staff. Conducting client assessments and completing the care planning process, you will provide clinical insight while supporting your team. Focused on the clinical competency of your staff as well as creating a warm, organized and welcoming off! ice grounded in customer service, you will set the tone for yo! ur team’s success. Bilingual Spanish is a plus!!

Specific responsibilities include:

• Opening new cases
• Writing care plans
• Performing re-assessments
• Conducting supervisory visits
• Notes/documentation review
• Coaching and mentoring RNs and LPNs

This unique opportunity allows you to utilize your clinical skills while developing strong management and supervisory skills.

Qualifications:

• Current PA Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Previous home care experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Trach and vent skills preferred but willing to train!
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Desire to work in a highly team oriented environment
