Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Office Manager, Nurse Manager or physician, the Office Nurse functions within the Professional Nursing Law and according to professional sta ndards and his/her level of knowledge and experience. He/she assumes responsibility and accountability for patient care and works with a physician to provide an environment that ensures optimum care. Provides care for patients ranging in age from ages 0-100+.
Qualifications:

He/she assumes responsibility and accountability for patient care and works with a physician to provide an environment that ensures optimum care. Provides care for patients ranging in age from ages 0-100+.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership and management experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS required from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS preferred.
- Current licensure as an RN in the Commonwealth of PA.
- This position follows the driving policy of Abington Health which requires one to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Current auto insurance with proof of coverage required. Must possess a driving record free from major violations within the past five years, and maintain an acceptable driving record with no major violations in accordance with Motor Vehicle Regulations and Abington Health’s auto insurance policy.
