SNF Nurse Aide

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description: Presbyterian Senior Living is currently interviewing SNF Nurse Aide right now, this position will be delegated in Pennsylvania. For complete informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. The Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Nurse Aide is responsible for:

Assisting residents in all activities of daily living

Communicating and documenting (charts) treatment provided to residents and the residents' respon se or lack of response to care provided

Contributing to the development of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each resident

Maintaining confidentiality and rights of resident, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with PSL HIPAA policies and applicable regulations

Maintaining a safe work environment and exhibiting safe work practices

Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other staff

Performing all duties in compliance with all applicable federal and state rules and regulations and facility policies and procedures

Accepting assigned duties in a cooperative manner and willingly perform other duties as assigned by appropriate personnel

JOB REQUIREMENTS < br>
The Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Nurse Aide must:
Possess certification in good standing with the State Nurse Aide Registry

Have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions with additional training relative to the unit in which employed

Work as a team player meeting resident needs

Relate well to employees and visitors
