At every level of care, we are singularly focused on one thing: each patient's quality of life. Home Care - Hospice Agency in Wyndmoor, Pa. (just outside of Chestnut Hill) seeks proven Marketing Liaison with established relationships involving: Hospital Case Managers / Discharge Planners / Social Workers / Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Senior Care Facilities, etc. If your relationships can deliver Hospice & Home Care Referrals in the Philadelphia, Lower Bucks, Delaware or Montgomery County we want to speak with you today!

Responsibilities Include:
Spending over 90% of your day in the field calling on Referral Sources to gain referrals (Road Warriors & Rain Makers needed). Must have reliable vehicle and computer. Experience in Marketing Hospice & Home Care plus. Experience working in case Management / Discharge Planning also a plus. Position Type: Full Time, salaried with benefits (after probationary period).
