The Vice President for Enrollment Services has responsibility for the management of a cutting-edge, comprehensive, and research/technology-based program. He/She will report directly to the President and will actively participate as a member of the President's team. He/She also will have frequent interaction with the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs, Divisional Vice Presidents, and Deans in a team-oriented management model.

Responsibilities and Challenges

The Vice President will provide strong leadership for the Enrollment Services team that includes three Assistant Vice Presidents who are responsible for the Office of Undergraduate Admission, Student Financial Services, Graduate Marketing and Adult Enrollment, Registrar's Office, and the Information Management Group. He/She will be an advocate of the Lasallian community and values, both on and off campus. The successful candidate will understand and promote the values of a liberal education with a practical orientation.

The Vice President will have had experience and success in a research-based recruitment and planning model as well as practical experience in tuition maximization strategies. He/She will promote the strength and excellence of a Catholic and Lasallian education and develop higher education marketing and branding plans in concert with senior staff for both the undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition, the Vice President will develop strategies to enhance market segmentation in particular academic disciplines. Experience in media-driven technologies and a sense of the importance of community for student life are essential.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience. The Vice President will possess significant financial acumen and an understanding of enrollment management strategies including predictive modeling, financial aid leveraging, electronic and social-media based recruiting for a mid-sized, urban Catholic institution with a diverse student population. He/She must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be a creative problem-solver, planner, and motivator for subordinate staff. Familiarity with the recruitment of transfer, international, and graduate students is desired. The Vice President will also ensure compliance with the Statement of Principles of Good Practice of the National and State Associations of Admissions Counselors, and applicable sections of Federal Title IV, FERPA, and SEVIS act regulations, and applicable Atlantic 10 Conference and NCAA regulations. A commitment to the growth of the University and to student persistence and success is essential.
