Job Description:
Performs general medical assisting functions. Ascertains and records patient's vital signs, height, weight, blood glucometer and pulse oximetry readings and performs EKG's. Documents patient medications in chart, appropriately triages patient phone calls based on cardiac symptoms, calls in prescriptions and assists in patient education. Aides in prepping patient charts for their office visit, answering the phone and scheduling appointments if needed.

Job Qualifications:
LPN with current licensure. Curren CPR required. Two years office experience in a similar setting. Generally days and possibly evenings, as assigned.
