has a great opportunity for an acute c! are certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
(NNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) in their Surgical Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit (NICU). This recently created specialized team is solely devoted to
caring for infants from around the world who need surgical intervention. As the NNP or PNP in the
Surgical NICU, you will be a member of the team that provides seamless care to
infants with birth defects such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia, lung lesion,
omphalocele and gastroschisis as well as fetal surgery patients. You will be involved in
patient care, education, consultation and research with exposure to a high
volume of complex surgical neonates and fetal surgery patients in this large Level III NICU.

Comprehensive medical and surgical care is provided to more
than 17,000 infants, children and adolescents at this 430 bed leading childrenÂ's
hospital each year.

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
with a MasterÂ's degree in Nursing, through either a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
or Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program, required; Nurse Practitioner certification, required;
licensed to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania , required; 2 years of
clinical experience in a Level III NICU, preferred .
