THE LEBANON VALLEY HOME, a continuing care retirement community affiliated with United Church of Christ Homes, is seeking a talented and passionate team member for the position of Evenin! g Shift House RN Supervisor. Requirements The successful candidate should have knowledge of Pennsylvania State and federal regulations, as well as experience in culture change and person centered care. Exceptional clinical assessment skills, strong communication and leadership skills with an emphasis on team building are essential to this position. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current PA RN licensure required.
