Screen, enroll and follow patients on study. Assess toxicities and assist MD in following protocol directive for p! ossible treatment adjustments. Assist in reporting required da! ta.

Dispense medication either to pharmacist or to patient per protocol. Enter patient data into EMR. Attend all research related office conferences.

Minimum Requirements

Active RN license in state of PA

Graduate of an accredited college or hospital based nursing program with a degree in nursing.

BachelorĂ¢€™s degree preferred.

Experience of at least 2 years in nursing.

Experience of at least 1 year in research preferred but not required

Additional Information

Ability to assess patients independently to assess for toxicity. Knowledge of the various chemotherapy agents
