Updates record on resident to assure accuracy of information. Checks with supervisor about changes in assigned residents conditions prior to providing care. Performs daily care of residents by performing functions of bathing, nail care, shaves, mouth care and hair care daily. Assist with dressing and undressing residents in proper clothing for time of day and weather. Responsible for participation and outcome of Resident Support Plan. Changes linens, makes beds, distributes towels and washcloths, and distribute emergency linens on bath days and as needed.QualificationsCurrent Pennsylvania CNA certification 1 yr experience in LTC preferredApply at www.libertylutheran.org for immediate consideration
