Description: Country Meadows Retirement Communities is employing Floor Tech Part-Time Dayshift Skilled Nursing Center right now, this job will be placed in Pennsylvania. More details about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Position Summary:
• Primarily responsible for floor care of the Center; the large majority of the Floor Care/! Housekeeping Assistant co-workerÂ's time is spent in floor care. As such, responsible for cleaning all floors in the area, including tiled floors, carpeted floors, and other areas.

• Responsible for re-finishing floors where necessary.

• Responsible for utilizing infection control procedures while cleaning all floor areas.

• Responsible for cleaning all floor equipment at least weekly.

• Moves furniture as necessary to maintenance of the floors of the center.

• Responsible in assisting the housekeeping/laundry supervisor in various housekeeping projects.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be able to stoop, bend to the floor, stretch, lift 30 pound containers of laundry chemicals, lift and pull heavy, wet laundry from commercial washing machines, and to stand for prolonged periods of time.
