Job Description: Directs and manages the care of designated patients.
Utilizes effective and appropriate communication styles. Demonstrates leadership and team building skills. Supports unit and hospital goals and objectives. Positions available in our specialized units (Neuroscience, Trauma, Cardiac, Open Heart, Burn and Medical-Surgical).
Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Minimum 1 year current Cri! tical Care RN experience is required. Must be available to rot! ate between our Cedar Crest (Allentown) and our Muhlenberg (Bethlehem) campuses and work a weekend and holiday rotation. May also require on-call rotation, as needed.
Influenza vaccination will be required for all personnel working within LVHN, who have patient contact, unless medically contraindicated or due to a bonafide religious belief or practice. Licensure and Certifications: Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required.
