Full Time or Per Diem Pos! itions Available. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care, OASIS assessment, obtaining medical orders, care plans, lab draws as necessary. Must be an RN or LPN with strong clinical set, minimum of one year experience as an RN or LPN, but home health experience is preferred.
