PA seeking a Director of Nursing. This excellent opportunity is responsible for the coordination of the continuum of care for all residents and will include management of all nursing staff including Nurse Supervisors, Staff Nurses, aides, physical therapy, clinical support, and other related positions. Strong leadership skills including change management, training, motivation, and organization skills will be necessary in this role.

The following qualifications are required:
A Registered Nurse with valid and current RN license in good standing. Three to five years' of experience managing in Long Term Care. Experience working in a person centered care environment. Gerontological Nursing certification is preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and work effectively with residents, employees, volunteers and vendors. Treats all individuals with dignity and respect. Strong empowering and engagement qualities to manage through change.! Ability to drive and promote a supportive working environment! leading to positive staff culture, creativity and teamwork, and resident self-determination and satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong PC skills; Ability to learn and implement ways to improve quality of care and follow-through of necessary systemic and clinical changes using technology. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint.
