Job Duties:
1. Process telecom invoices from inception of billing through to successful completion with third party TEM (telecom expense management) vendor Tangoe and PeopleSoft Financial systems.

2. First review and validation of telecom invoice batches from third party TEM Tangoe. First review includes research to validate site of service for new telecom lines presented on a batch; and matching corresponding business unit and/or operating units. Secondly, validate accounting general ledger codes are correct for the type of service billed.

3. Analyze past due balances! on telecom invoices presented in weekly batches from third party TEM vendor Tangoe through research of payment history using PeopleSoft Financial system. Follow-up as needed to clear up past due balances resulting from misapplied payments and/or other vendor issues.

4. Research and resolve telecom billing inquiries from Accountants, Financial Analysts, Accounts Payable, Center Administrators, Rehab Managers, and vendors. Research and provide documentation as requested in support of audit requests. Systems involved in these efforts include PeopleSoft Financials, Tangoe web portal, and/or vendor web portals. 5. Work with Corporate Finance to research and resolve payment issues related to missing invoices, incorrect remit addresses, duplicates or credits, and effectively communicate fixes needed in a timely manner.

6. Research and follow through to successful resolution, collections issues with telecom vendors. Prepare in-house payment of invoices as necessa! ry to clear up issues and avoid disruption of telecom services.
7. Work through pre-edit voucher errors resulting when credit vouchers are uploaded to PeopleSoft. Follow through to ensure refunds are received on invoices with credit balances and accounts are coded in Tangoe system as inactive when appropriate.

8. Initiate and liaise with telecom vendors to consolidate individual invoices into summary invoices wherever possible.

9. Compile telecom accruals for month-end close to ensure all telecom invoices not processed within the month of service are accounted for.

10. Participate in weekly status call with TEM vendor to discuss and address all outstanding issues related to the processing of telecom invoices.

11. Participate in bi-weekly status call with TEM vendor’s audit team to discuss and address all outstanding audit claims in an effort to reduce spend across all telecom services.

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an ac! credited university is required.

2. Minimum three years’ experience in telecom billing; financiaol management, or other billing operations â€" healthcare industry experience preferred.
