Description: KeystoneCare Home Health is in need of Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) right now, this occupation will be placed in Pennsylvania. Our goal is to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. We currently have openings for a full-time physical therapist and PTA for Philadelphia County.

Qualifications include: Degree from an accredited program, a minimum of two years experience, home health experience a plus, current PA license, current driver's license, automobile and auto insurance required. Excellent organizational, computer and communication skills. We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package including mileage reimbursement.
