Assist the physician for the division at all times as needed. Work office hours with designated physician. Triage the! patient after the medical assistant has taken necessary vitals, notations in the Electronic Medical Record system of all medical history required for the physician care. Obtain any missing reports or CDs from current patient testing if not already in the Electronic medical record chart. Work with the physician during off site satellite hours. Work all task assigned in the Electronic Medical Record system to the divisional Nurse team.
Qualifications
Graduate, Baccalaureate, or Associate nursing degree or program certificate. Current PA licensure within the guidelines of the State Board of Nurse Examiners. A minimum if five years experience in Neurosurgical Nursing. Current certification in Basic Life Support. Critical care experience preferred.
