Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
RN License in Pennsylvania, and will become licens! ed in New Jersey within orientation period.
Three (3) years of acute,sub-acute pediatric or Home Care experience.
Home care experience preferred.
IV certified preferred.
Ability to work independently in assessing patient's clinical status.
Ability to interact with patients and families in the home setting. Ability to provide clinically skilled services and educate the patient and family to be independent with their home care needs. To work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation vehicle.
All CHOP employees who work in a patient building or who provide patient care are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.

As a clinical nurse in our expanding Home Care Department you will be part of a progressive healthcare team that delivers nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. You will perform patient assessments, skilled procedures and family education. You are a vital link between the family and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. CHOP’s Home Care department is looking for nurses with at least three years of experience to become a part of their team.
