The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the operational management of 12 Operating Rooms focusing on neuro, ENT and urology. This includes the provision of leadership to improve patient care, enhance professonal development an! d achieve nursing goals.

Minimum Requirements
Currently licensed as a professional nurse in the Commonwealth of PA. BSN in Nursing is required; Master's degree preferred, major in nursing preferred. A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive nursing experience required with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
