Location: West Chester, PA

Duration: 3 Month contract

Description:
Provides a full range of! preventive health services to the community as well as treatment services. They form part of a collaborative team working closely with staff in locations, which appreciate the need and desirability of teamwork and long term commitments. The clients' needs are diverse and represent all ages and stages.

The Customer Technical Support (CTS) Tier 3 representative will cover the Customer Technical Support queue as assigned by the CTS Supervisor or Manager in order to do the following:

Capture and characterization of the customer contact (Product Complaint, Product improvement, Inquiry, non-product complaint, etc.) in accordance with all relevant procedures.

Ensure that initial assessment of any potential health and safety issues are completed and clearly documented as part of the call capture

Ensures appropriate level of follow up and clear documentation in the call record

Requests as needed the return of product in order to facilita! te complaint investigation and/or in accordance to the client ! Warrantee policy

Provides technical support to client customers or their HCPs with regard to use of client products and accessories

Acts as a resource for Tier 1 or Tier 2 representatives as needed

Performs customer follow up as requested.
