Description: Green Ridge Village is at present recruited Registered Nurse Supervisor right now, this position will be placed in Pennsylvania. More details about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Responsible for the total care of all residents in the facility on assigned shift. This includes the supervision of personnel as well as medical activities directed by the physicia! n. Tasks include supervision, assignment, and development of personnel, inter and intradepartmental communication, customer satisfaction, leadership, and quality assurance and quality improvement. Coordinates resident care with other departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to instruct, direct and lead staff. Possession of a current State Professional Nurse License (RN). At least one (1) year’s experience in gerontological/rehabilitative nursing is preferred. Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field is preferred. Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
