Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter oversees the entire hiring process to attract, retain and motivate the best and the brightest stakeholders who will live the CTCA values and deliver the Mother Standard. Works to develop the employment brand of CTCA. They will develop recruitment strategies for all nursing and/or non-nursing positions in conjunction with the talent management partners and the appropriate hiring managers. Sources, attracts and selects candidates who exhibit not only the applicable skills but CTCA's values, for all open positions and builds the employment brand of CTCA.
Key Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related area preferred
Minimum four (4) years experience in corporate Human Resources and/or Recruiting
Knowledge of Federal and State regulations for interview and hiring process
Ability to offer employee relations guidance in ! the absence of Talent Management
Strong recruitment background
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to present information to a group
