Location/Coverage A! rea: Pittsburgh, PA
Description: Provides overall management, coordination and supervision of clinical services with their respective teams within a defined region. Works to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of clinical services by ensuring staff accountability, productivity, capacity, competency, compliance with regulations, company policies and procedures, orientation and training, OASIS accuracy etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Bachelors degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years experience.
Working knowledge of OASIS and home health regulations
1 to 3 years of Homecare and/or Hospice experience required
Currently licensed to practice professional nursing, by the state board in which s/he is providing services for the agency required.
2 to 3 years of clinical practice in their respective field
Prior management experie! nce preferred.
Ability to work independently and with! in a multidisciplinary team.
Valid drivers license and proof of valid/current insurance required.
