JOB SUMMARY:
Assists patient comfort and safety by assisting the professional nurse in per! forming patient care procedures. Provides supervision for the therapeutic community and guides patient leisure time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent (GED) is required.
Bachelor’s degree or previous psychiatric inpatient or related experience preferred.
Completion of American Heart Association Heart Saver’s Course is required; American Heart Association CPR course is desirable.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
