Casual Occupational Nurse

Location: West Mifflin Pennsylvania

Description: BMPC is at the momment seeking for Casual Occupational Nurse right now, this position will be placed in Pennsylvania. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please read the description below. Job Description:

• Perform occupational surveillance procedures

including pulmonary function, audiometric testing,
vision screening, phlebotomy, u! rinalysis and
electrocardiograms daily.

• Under limited supervision, work to maintain optimum

levels of health, reduce absenteeism, reduce medical
disablilities, and contain medical costs.

• Carry out proper treatment for acute or serious

injury or illness.

• Determine and arrange proper disposition of

employees.

• Administer BMPC's overall health programs.
• Perform breath alcohol and collection of urine drug

samples.

• Administer injections and serums.
• Assist staff during medical emergencies.
• Complete work-related injury reports.
• Prepare medical files and appropriate for daily

exams.

• Audit, review and filing of medical records.
• Assist with Disability and Worker's Compensation

claim reporting as needed.

• Perform data entry.
• Participate in site drills.

Job R! equirements:Intermediate:

• BS in Nursin! g from an accredited college or

university and a minimum of two years of relevant
experience; Must be licensed and registered to
practice nursing in the appropriate state; or

• MS degree in Nursing from an accredited college or

university; or

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant

program and a licensed Physician Assistant.

Senior:

• BS in Nursing from an accredited college or

university and a minimum of six years of relevant
experience; Must be licensed and registered to
practice nursing in the appropriate state; or

• MS degree in Nursing from an accredited college or

university and a minimum of four years of relevant
experience; or

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant

program and a licensed Physician Assistant. and a
minimum of four years of relevant experience.
