Allegheny Valley School is looking for a Registered
Nu! rse or Licensed Practical Nurse to work in our
community group homes in Allegheny County, PA.
Shift/Hours
Week 1:
Friday 6am-11pm
GENERAL JOB DEFINITION:
This is a professional position which involves providing
direct nursing care to people with developmental and
physical disabilities, maintaining their medical records
to comply with current nursing practice and state
regulation, administer medication and provide clinical
assessment as needed. In addition, the RN may be
responsible for supervision and review of the work of
the LPN's.
NHS is an EOE
Monday 6am-11pm
Tuesday 6am-11pm
Wednesday 6am-2:30pm
Week 2:
Wednesday 6am-2:30pm
Thursday 6am-11pm
This position requires a Licensed Practical Nursing or
Registered Nurse license, with a minimum of one (1) year
current nursing experience.
A current Pennsylvania Nursing License and a ge! nuine
interest in working with individuals with physical a! nd
developmental disabilities.
