Responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems. Must be able to work occassional weekends and evenings. Prior Long Term Care or Health Care Experience Required.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Emphasis in human resources management preferred. Position Requirements: One to three years prior human resources or employee training and development experience, required; Prior experience in health care useful; Extensive experience in the human resources field may b! e considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated comput! er skills desirable.
